Timescale
While we will do everything we can to accommodate your order, we do work to a maximum number of cakes per week.
Six weeks notice is normally required for Wedding cakes and two for Celebration Cakes. In less busy periods however, we may be able to work with less notice.

Customer satisfaction
Should you be unhappy with your cake we will do everything we can to rectify the matter before the event. If you remain unhappy we will refund the price of the cake in return for the product. In the event of a problem with the design of your cake, you should photograph the cake and written details of the problem should be specified. Where the cake has been consumed we will not refund your balance but vouchers may be given.
Deposits
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order, with the balance due two weeks before delivery or collection of your cake. If your order is cancelled after this point no monies will be refunded.
Delivery
Where we undertake delivery we are fully responsible for ensuring the cake arrives in perfect condition. If you arrange delivery, once the cake leaves our premises we will not liable for any damage in transit.
Best Before
When preparing cakes, especially larger ones, the cakes may need to be in prep. for 2 - 3 days before the event. This ensures the cake arrives as fresh as possible but means that the best before date is usually two days after the event. We accept no liability for cakes consumed after this date.
